Our Team

Harshad Kumar Shah
Director

Harshad is an Electronics and Telecom Engineerin 1973, with a Masters in Industrial engineering and an MBA from Bradley University USA. He worked with retail operations of Mobil Corp in USA before returning back to India. Subsequently, Harshad joined Taylor Instruments(now ABB) and worked in several capacities – market research, corporate planning setting up joint ventures in India and Bahrain and in supply chain.

In 1990, Harshad joined Xerox (then Modi Xerox) and during the next 15 years worked in various leading roles in Logistics & Supply
Chain, Quality, Manufacturing & Supply Chain and delivered performance improvements year on year. He also acquired the Black Six Sigma certification in 2002

In 2005, Harshad joined M Corp Global as its Director and was responsible for setting up Manufacturing of Mobile Handsets, batteries and accessories. He also headed passive infrastructure (mobile towers) division and managed supply chain related to infrastructure development.

In 2013, Harshad joined Ronmas as a Director responsible for Supply Chain, Logistics, Projects, Administration, Compliance and Finance. Harshad has been responsible for amongst other things at Ronmas,

He delivered logistics for specialized Ropeway Equipment for several projects including Bhaleydhunga, Sikkim – New Ropeway from
Dhaper –Bhaleydhunga, Gulmarg, J&K Cable Car Corp. – Modernisation of Gulmarg Gandola and Empyrean Skyview Projects Pvt.
Ltd. – Ropeway Project at Patnitop.

Rajesh Prasad
Director – Projects

Rajesh Graduated in Electrical Engineering from Motilal Nehru Regional Engineering College, (now MNIIT) Allahabad in 1983 followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from IGNOU in 1995.

Rajesh worked in Cement & Steel industries over 16 years in a manufacturing environment concentrating on Electrical Maintenance, Plant modernization & Quality Control.

In 1999, Rajesh joined M/s Usha Breco Ltd. and worked for over 11 years in the area of Maintenance of ropeways and setting up of Ropeway projects.

In 2010 Rajesh turned entrepreneur and did independent consulting for Ropeway projects carrying out feasibility studies, Erection & Commissioning of ropeway AMC of operational ropeways projects. Rajesh was also a lead auditor for TUV for ISO 9000 and ISO18000

In 2013, Rajesh joined M/s Chandrapur Group of Companies an original equipment manufacturer for Cement and Fertilizer plants. Rajesh was responsible for Design, Engineering, Erection & Commissioning of Cement and Fertilizer Plant including inspection / Electrical Audits of the plant.

In 2015, Rajesh joined Ronmas as General Manger Projects. Handling Feasibility studies, Project Management Consultancy, rendering Installation support, supplier and customer coordination and relationship, which he continues till date. His contribution as team leader has been significant in following projects Mono Cable Detachable Ropeway at Patnitop, PMC for Mono Cable Detachable at Bhaleydhunga Sikkim & for Jig Back Ropeway at Palani Tamilnadu.

D Hari Kumar

Hari graduated as an Electrical Engineer and in 1983 and joined M/s Usha Breco as Electrical Supervisor. During his tenure of over 10 years Hari worked at multiple installations and ropeway projects.

In 1994 Hari took up a two year assignment for Singapore Aromatic Project and was responsible for Project Execution.

In 1997 Hari joined M/s Hans syringes Pvt. Ltd. as a Project Head in setting up of the facilities and worked in several capacities till 2008.

Hari returned to M/s Usha Breco in 2008 as Operations & Maintenance Incharge of operational Ropeways. During his tenure of 9 years, he was posted at several ropeways within the country operated by M/s Usha Breco.

Hari joined Ronmas in 2017 for erection & commissioning of Ropeways. Hari spearheaded final commissioning of Patnitop Ropeway and is currently site incharge for Ropeway Project. Hari has extensive knowledge in operation, installation and commissioning of ropeways projects.

Simon Gablode
Ingénierie des systèmes de transport par Câble Cable Transportation System Engineering

Interested in Mountain Activities since his childhood, Simon Gablode joined MDP Consulting in 2010.

His functions drives him quickly to work on tech- nical and legal aspects of Cable Transport System.

Daily, he’s participating as a second look on cable transport whithin the company.

Due to his perfect knowledge of guided transport systems’ technical dimensionning and controlling tools , and his interest for cable transport system mechanics (co-funder and active member of re- montées-mécaniques.net forum), he is one of the a technical reference of the company.

His professional experience and his study back- ground allowed him to work on urban transport issues within the urban planning company AREP, and on urban cable transport systems.

Dominique Abinal
Chief Executive Officer – E.R.I.C

Dominique did his Masters in Mechanical & Civil Engineering from Grenoble University at France in 1986 followed by a Doctorate in Automation & Signal Processing from the same university.

After graduating with a PhD, Dominique has been working in the ropeway sector since 1986. He became a Director of the firm in 1999. Always ready to accept adventurous challenges, he is a relentless worker and uses his knowledge and energy for his clients. He shares his enthusiasm with his team and always encourages his co-workers to excel. Dominique is always looking for innovative answers while considering longterm possibilities.

As a leading expert in ropeway design, Dominique is accepted as a technical expert for the French courts, European expert for ropeway standardization [CEN TC 242], and is a Member of the French Commission for Ropeways.

Dominique has been a Designer of several rope calculation softwares renowned in the profession and certified by the French Ministry of Transports. He is the preferred engineer for annual inspection and mechanical certifications of French Ropeways

Louis Guily
Chairman & CEO – Dianeige S.A

Louis is a Doctorate in Geography from the university of Grenoble with a distinction of summa cum laude. His research focused on innovation of working method and management of snow for experimentation and implementation in the leading edge pilot site of Courchevel world-class resorts.

Post his graduation he established Dianeige SARL as it’s founder & General Manager and grew the business to establish Dianeige as a
leading project design and implementation organization in the world.

He has direct work experience in over 16 countries, including India. His area of focus has been contract management, concept design,
terrain evaluation & quality certification. One of his key assignments involved Master-plan Design for KOK ZHAILAU ECORESORT Four
Seasons, in Almaty Kazakhstan, a 200 Million Euros project. Where he led as a Project Director.

He is the co-founder and Member of PEAK’ing, a professional association of ski resorts. Since 1998 he has been Founder and Director
of the Association for Training Grooming Machines [AFCED]
